Where we recruit
Two regions, both worked from one office in Cape Town. We do not claim a presence we do not have — the UK work is done from South Africa, in an overlapping time zone, and we would rather say that than imply a London desk.
Our markets
Why two regions and not ten
Recruiting well in a market means knowing who is hiring, who is leaving, what the packages actually are and which employers have a reputation problem. That knowledge does not scale to a list of twenty cities, and agencies that claim it usually have a page per city and no network behind any of them.
South Africa is our home market. The UK is a market we recruit into for a specific reason: the time zone overlaps, the language is shared, and a meaningful number of South African candidates are targeting UK roles while UK employers are open to South African delivery talent. Beyond those two, we would be guessing.
